Physical Therapist Assistant and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Coordinator

Susie Radcliffe is our new Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) Coordinator and is helping our clients with the initial setup of the program, provides support and coaching and works along with the primary PT to update exercises as needed.

What Is Remote Therapeutic Monitoring?
It is the practice of using technology to connect healthcare providers with patients to track health conditions between medical visits. RTM allows healthcare providers to monitor a patient's adherence to a care plan (including medication or lifestyle habits), as well as their musculoskeletal system and respiratory system functioning.

VCM is using RTM to provide a concierge style of support with clients' home exercise program. Clients can upload a special home exercise program app on their phones, and our staff can provide supervision and support on an ongoing basis to improve compliance, establish good self care habits to help reduce recurrence of symptoms.

Telehealth Services Available
We are providing telehealth physical therapy services for follow-up appointments with Susie Radcliffe on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings. Telehealth visits are virtual visits performed conveniently in your own space without dealing with summer traffic. Telehealth is an excellent option for reviewing your self-care and exercise routine, learning how to achieve optimal posture, and learning safe movement strategies to help you achieve your goals.
